1. Application conditions:

(1) Readers in Dongguan area, apply with the local mobile phone number of Dongguan;

(2) Readers who don't have the reader's card of Dongguan Library (including digital account number, Zhifubao reader's card, social security card, etc.);

WeChat application steps:

A. Follow the official WeChat public account of the Dongguan Library (public ID: dglib1), then click on the bottom menu "micro service hall" to enter;

B. Click “Digital Account Application (Trial Run)” on the homepage of the micro service hall to enter the application interface;

C. Fill in the real name, ID card, email address and mobile phone number (must be a local number in Dongguan), etc., and submit it after confirming it is correct.

D. After the submission is successful, the page will display the new certificate number, and the password is the last 6 digits of the ID card.

3. Attention:

    Digital accounts don't include the paper document lending service. After applying for a digital account, you will not be able to use the Sesame (Zhifubao) Credit deposit-free certificate application service. If necessary, click here for details.
